Our Service Fee
We charge a flat service fee based on your total order value.
- Order under $100: 10% service fee
- $100 ~ $300: 9% service fee
- $300 ~ $800: 7% service fee
- Above $800: 5% service fee
Service fee covers purchasing, quality inspection, package consolidation & repacking. Product cost + domestic China shipping + international shipping are paid separately.
Additional Optional Fees
- Package photo check: $3 per order
- Remove original boxes / consolidate packages: Free
- Special fragile packaging: $5
How Payment Works
You pay us first. We buy goods from Chinese stores on your behalf. Once goods arrive at our warehouse, we inspect items and arrange international shipping to your address.
Customs & Import Duty Notice
All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and any related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or guarantee whether your package will be checked by customs, nor can we estimate the exact amount of tax. Customs policies vary widely by country and region. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order. We will assist you with shipping document preparation, but we are not liable for customs detention, seizure or tax charges.

All international shipping fees are calculated by weight & volume. We support shipping to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, EU countries.
FAQ
1. What does the service fee include?
The service fee only covers our purchasing service: placing orders on Chinese platforms, receiving goods at our warehouse, basic quality check, combining multiple parcels and repackaging. It does not include product cost, China domestic shipping or international shipping.
2. Can I cancel my order after payment?
If we haven’t placed the order on Chinese stores yet, full refund is available. Once we purchase the item for you, cancellation is not allowed, unless the product is out of stock or damaged.
3. How long is the whole delivery time?
Normally 2–4 weeks. It depends on domestic delivery in China, warehouse processing time and international customs clearance. Customs inspection may extend delivery time.
4. What items cannot be shipped?
We cannot ship prohibited items such as liquids, batteries, flammable goods, food, medicine and restricted products. Contact us if you are unsure whether your items are shippable.
5. How do I know the weight and international shipping cost?
After all your items arrive at our warehouse, we will weigh and measure the package, then send you the exact international shipping quote for confirmation before shipment.
Our service fee is only the purchasing agency service charge. It does NOT include product price, domestic shipping within China, international freight, import duties, VAT or other customs-related fees.
