Terms of Service for Easy China Buyer

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using easychinabuyer.com. By accessing or using our website and our China buying service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Easy China Buyer is a purchasing agent service. We help overseas customers buy goods from Chinese domestic e-commerce platforms and arrange international shipping. We are not the manufacturer or seller of the items you purchase.

  1. Service Description
    You submit a purchasing request to us. We will source the requested products from Chinese online stores on your behalf. You agree to pay product cost, our service fee, domestic China shipping cost, international freight, and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

All product specifications, quality, stock status are provided by Chinese merchants. We act only as your buying agent. We do not manufacture, guarantee or warrant the goods themselves.

  1. Fees & Payment
    All service fees will be quoted to you before purchase confirmation. Payment must be received before we place your order with Chinese suppliers.
    All customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees in your destination country are the responsibility of you, the buyer.
  2. Product Inspection & Risk
    We provide basic visual check of items before international shipment unless extra inspection service is purchased. We are not responsible for product quality defects, size issues, color difference or description mismatch from the original Chinese seller.
    If items arrive damaged or defective, we will assist you to communicate with Chinese merchants for after-sales support, but we cannot guarantee refunds or compensation from the seller.
  3. Prohibited Items
    You may not order any goods prohibited by Chinese export law or the import law of your destination country. It is your responsibility to confirm that the product can be legally imported into your country. We reserve the right to reject any order of restricted or dangerous goods.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    International shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, weather, carrier issues. We are not liable for shipping delays.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order. Under no circumstances shall Easy China Buyer be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  6. Modification of Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
